1. The service and who you contract with

VelBEE is a web-based CRM operated by STRELLBE, a sole proprietorship, owned and run by Kosuri Naga Tarun, Hyderabad (Udyam registration no. UDYAM-TS-02-0367520) (“we”). A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal person from its owner, so the proprietor named above is personally the party to these terms. By creating an organization or signing in you agree to these terms. If you use VelBEE for a company, you confirm you may do so on its behalf.

2. Early access

VelBEE is in early access. Features may change, and we will give notice before introducing or changing charges.

3. Your account

Keep your password private and use a strong one. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Organization owners decide who can access their workspaces and with what permissions.
Give us accurate information when you sign up.

4. Your data

You own the information you put into VelBEE. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having a lawful reason, and any consent the law requires, to hold and contact the people in your records, and for using VelBEE, including lead capture, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, in line with the laws that apply to you.

5. Connecting WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook

You connect your own accounts by signing in to them. You must be entitled to connect them, and you must follow Meta’s terms and policies, including its WhatsApp Business and messaging rules.
Only message people who have agreed to hear from you or who wrote to you first, use approved templates where the platform requires them, and honor requests to stop. VelBEE blocks sending to people who have opted out, but the responsibility for your messages is yours.
Meta sets and may change its own rules, limits, availability and message fees, and may suspend or restrict an account. We are not responsible for Meta’s decisions or charges.
You can disconnect at any time. Disconnecting stops all sending and deletes the access token we hold for that account.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use VelBEE to break the law, to send spam or unwanted messages, to access anyone else’s data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to store content you have no right to hold. We may suspend an account that does, and we will try to tell you why.

7. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed per period through our payment provider. Taxes are added where they apply. Plans, prices and limits are shown when you choose a plan; we will not change a price you have already paid for during its period.

8. Availability

We work to keep VelBEE running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we do not yet offer a formal uptime commitment. Features that depend on Meta or other providers depend on those providers working.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using VelBEE at any time and ask for your data to be exported. We may suspend access, for example for non-payment or for breaking these terms. Suspension blocks sign-in but keeps data for a grace period (30 days by default) before deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, VelBEE is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell organization owners before it applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
