Each workspace is separate. Access is checked on our servers for every request, not just hidden on screen. Every connected number or account belongs to exactly one company, and messages are routed by the connection and nothing else.

Who can do what, and who did what.
Roles decide what each person sees and can change. Stage changes, assignments and sensitive actions are recorded with who and when, and the record is protected: the application itself cannot change or delete it.

When a customer asks to stop, messaging to them stops. Anyone can ask for their information to be shown, corrected or deleted from a public page, and we track every request to completion.

- Keys and tokens stored encryptedThe access tokens and keys you connect are stored encrypted and are never shown again.
- Encrypted connectionsEverything travels over HTTPS.
- What we store, said plainlyYour leads, contacts, messages and notes are stored in our database so VelBEE can search, remind and report for you. They are kept apart by company and guarded by roles and access checks. They are not end-to-end encrypted, because VelBEE has to read them to do its job.

- Staff access is limitedIn our admin tools our staff see health information, not your tokens or messages. Entering your workspace through the product needs a read-only support access that you approve and that expires.
