How much does VelBEE cost?

The plans above show the current prices: a low-cost try-out, then Starter, Growth and Scale as flat monthly prices with a limit on people, not a bill per seat. Pay yearly and you get two months free. Tax, if any, is shown with the prices above and broken out on your invoice.

Can I try it?

Yes. Book a demo or create an organization and add a workspace. Tell us about your team and we will help you set it up.

What are the limits?

Each plan sets how many people, workspaces and connected numbers you can have, as shown above. Higher plans also include more modules. If you outgrow a plan you can move up, and extra people or numbers can be added.

When do I start paying?

Early-access teams are set up with us directly and are not charged until we have agreed terms in writing. Online payment is still being switched on.

Do I pay for WhatsApp messages?

WhatsApp is not connected yet. Meta sets the fees for WhatsApp messages, and they will be billed at cost on top of your plan. Before WhatsApp goes live we will explain clearly how that works.

Can I take my data out?

Yes. People with the right permission can export leads and contacts at any time.

Is my data separate from other companies?

Yes. Each company's workspace is separate. See Security and privacy for the details.

Is it only for real estate?

Real estate comes first, and everything on this site is built for it. Other industries will follow once real estate is right.
