Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies this website may use, why they are used, and how you can refuse them in your browser. Sotiotech does not show a consent banner while no analytics measurement ID is configured.
1. What we use today
The public marketing site on velbee.com is a static export. We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not run a cookie consent wall.
Theme and language preferences are stored in your browser’s local storage, not as cookies. Those values stay on your device and are not sent to Sotiotech as a tracking identifier.
2. Analytics
Google Analytics loads only if an administrator enters a valid GA4 measurement ID (a G- identifier) in Admin → Settings. When that field is empty — as it is on this site today — no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are written.
If a measurement ID is added later, Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga to understand aggregated traffic. That would be covered by this policy and by the Privacy Policy.
3. Hosting and security
Our hosting stack may set strictly necessary cookies or headers required to deliver the site over HTTPS, manage sessions for the Admin area, or protect against abuse. Admin login cookies are not used on public marketing pages.
4. How to refuse cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The exact steps depend on the browser:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies, or Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data, or block all cookies.
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
